Coming Summer 2000
The Norfolk Development Centre will be back for the new cycle. Summer session activity dates will be released nearer the time and forwarded to Norfolk clubs and schools.
The Development Centre is the first step into the EHB Player Pathway - It is the gateway into the Norfolk Academy that starts again in September.
The summer Development Centre will be open to birth years;
2009 - U12
2008 - U13
2007 - U14
2006 - U15
2005 - U16
2004 - U17
The Development Centre is a great opportunity to have a fun day playing hockey while picking up the latest skills in this exciting Olympic sport and experiencing EH Player Pathway coaching. The sessions are aimed at players aged 11-16 years old (birthdates 2009 – 2004.) Players are welcome to attend as many camps as they like but those wishing to be considered for the Norfolk Academy Centre (running from September) must attend a minimum of 2 Summer camps.
NHA manages the Player Pathway in two sections in order to continue to provide the best support for our players, parents/carers and coaches. The managers of both sections work closely together to ensure that the system offers the best experience for our players.
Glenn Moore (Norfolk Player Pathway Administrator) will take on the responsibility of managing the online system, payments and training/tournament information.
He will be the first point of contact for players, parents/carers and managers.
Mary Cheesman (Norfolk Player Pathway Lead Coach) will take on the responsibility of managing the coaching programme and player assessment.
She will be the first point of contact for coaches.
Details of The Norfolk Development Centre Summer Activity are being finalised and details will be released soon
